30-day money-back guarantee

A monthly Pro subscription is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Unstability.ai is not the right fit, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund of that payment — no forms, no hoops, no questions asked.

The guarantee applies to monthly Pro only. Yearly Pro and Max plans are not covered, and their payments are final under the terms below.

How to request a refund

The fastest way to request a refund is through the contact form on our site. Submit a request within 30 days of your first payment and let us know you would like a refund — you do not need to give a reason. If you prefer, you can email us at support@unstability.ai from the address on your account instead.

• •The guarantee applies once per customer, to your first payment on a new monthly Pro subscription.
• •Once your refund is processed, your subscription is cancelled and access to paid features ends.
• •Refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Fair use of this guarantee

We offer this guarantee in good faith. We may decline or reverse a refund where we detect abuse of it — for example, repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles — or where your account has violated our Terms of Service or Guidelines and Usage Policy. Any refund outside the terms above is at our discretion.

After the first 30 days

Once the 30-day guarantee window has passed, subsequent charges are final. You can cancel any time to stop future renewals:

• •Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period; you will retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
• •Unused weekly or monthly allowance is not refundable and does not roll over.
• •Outputs that do not match your expectations, prompts that produced unintended results, or compute used for any generation are not, on their own, grounds for a refund outside the guarantee window.

Exceptions required by law

Nothing in this policy waives any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. Where such law applies, we will respond in accordance with it.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge resulting from unauthorized account use — please contact support@unstability.ai within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate.

Before disputing a charge

If you have an issue with your subscription, please contact support@unstability.ai first. We can usually resolve issues directly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account.
